The business must be UK resident and report to the UK tax authorities to be eligible for the business premiere plus policy.
Cover
Accountancy fees will be covered up to the value of £100,000 in the event of the following:
- Full enquires
- Aspect enquires *
- VAT disputes
- PAYE disputes
- NIC disputes
- IR35 disputes
- VAT/PAYE compliance visits (up to £1,000)
- Business Inspection Notice (up to £1,000)
- Pre-dispute cover (up to £1,000)
- Judicial Review (up to £5,000)
- Code of Practice 8 investigations (up to £5,000)
- HMRC Interventions (up to £1,000) *
* Aspect enquiry and HMRC Intervention claims are subject to an excess of £250
